1. Acceptance

When you create an account or buy an add-on on First Option Marketplace, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

2. Your account

Give correct details and keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if someone else uses it.

3. Your licence

When you buy an add-on you get a personal licence to use it. The licence code binds to one device unless the product page says otherwise. You must not share, resell, rent, copy, or reverse engineer the add-on or its licence code.

4. Ownership

The publisher keeps the copyright of its add-on. First Option keeps the copyright of the site, the brand, and the marketplace software. You buy the right to use a product, not the product itself.

5. Publishers

A publisher must own the rights to everything it uploads, must describe the add-on truthfully, and must support its own customers. We can remove any add-on that breaks these terms or the law.

6. Prices and payment

Prices appear on each product page. We can change a price at any time, but the change does not affect an order you already paid for. You pay any tax that applies in your country.

8. Refunds

9. Prohibited use

• Do not upload malware or any harmful code.
• Do not try to break, overload, or gain access to the site or to another account.
• Do not use the site for anything illegal.

10. Availability

We work to keep the site online, but we do not promise it will never stop. We can suspend the service for maintenance.

11. Liability

An add-on is a tool. You stay responsible for checking its results before you use them in your work. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the add-on in question.

12. Ending your account

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Ending the account ends the licences under it.

13. Changes to these terms

We can change these terms. The date at the top shows the last change.

14. Governing law

The law of the Arab Republic of Egypt governs these terms. The courts of Cairo settle any dispute.
